Gender Flipping[]

So, this page keeps flipping back and forth between calling her a girl and a boy, what's up with that? Rika and Maria both confirm that Yukimura is biologically female, and once this true gender is revealed, everyone starts calling her 'she' and 'her'. BioYuGi (talk) 14:05, June 19, 2015 (UTC)

She is definitely a girl but I think the reason it keeps changing is people apparently think that would be a spoiler if they leave it as a girl. Although this is the wiki and people come here for information about the show so I would personally think leaving the fact that Yukimura is a girl in their is more than fine. Japan and the West are both notorious for really awkward and shallow interpretations of gender identity. "True gender" is not "biological gender". There's no such thing as "biological gender". There is your assignment at birth based on external genitals, and gender. These two might match, they might not. Plenty of people have issues with their assignment at birth, whether they're trans men, trans women, intersex, or trans nonbinary people.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.177.143.15 (talkcontribs)
She is a female regardless of what you guys have to say. Munchvtec (talk) 11:45, October 13, 2015 (UTC)
Why not just use they/them? It's clear they don't identify as a woman, so to refer to them as she/her wouldn't be accurate regardless of what their junk is. Mewshuji, Unofficial Nitpick of the Wiki 01:34, September 22, 2016 (UTC)
Yukimura is, like i said above, a girl. It is confirmed in multiple sources. Maybe if we were unsure then we would go with your idea but that isn't the case. We are sure. Munchvtec (talk) 02:14, September 22, 2016 (UTC)

Poor wording[]

In the opening paragraph regarding Yukimura;

" Her first meeting with the Neighbor's Club resulted in gender confusion, as her appearance is decidedly manly despite her being female. "

This is the wrong way around, her appearance definetly was not 'decidely manly', rather, at the time, 'his' appearance was decidedly effeminate which is what cause the confusion amongst the club members.

As the page is locked to prevent edits, I suggest that this wording be amended to "Her first meeting with the Neighbor's Club resulted in gender confusion, as her appearance was decidedly feminine despite her claiming to be male"Mrsuperhappy (talk) 14:31, May 9, 2019 (UTC)
